Q1: Where should I place the cradle?
A1
We recommend you place it in the safest place possible, the place where you know you won't be able to reach it. We suggest the driver side rear window farthest from the driver as possible.

Q2: Can I still use my phone via Bluetooth when it is in the window cradle?
A2
Yes, your Bluetooth connection is not compromised so you can talk hands free. We do however suggest you limit your phone calls so as to reduce any cognitive impairment resulting from talking while driving.

Q3: Will my phone fit the cradle?
A3
We designed the cradle to be able to hold the majority of the phones on the market, including the ones in bulky protective cases. The internal dimensions measure:

Width: 77.2mm/Depth: 25mm

Q4: Won't it fall off?
A4
Each cradle is rated to hold 4 lbs and it really sticks when applied correctly. It is important to apply the cradle when the window is above 4 degrees Celsius and clean. In all the cars we tested, we activated the window lock so that you don't accidently put down the window.

Q5: How easy is it to remove the cradle from the window if I want to take it off ?
A5
Really easy. The suction cups all have 'nubs' that can be used to peel off the suction cups.

Q6: How do I attach the suction cups?
A6
Each package will have the 4 suction cups contained within the cradle. Instructions are included to help people get up and running with their window cradle quickly. The suction cups take a bit of force to push and twist through but they are designed to properly anchor the cradle to your window.

Q7: Will my phone make noise in the cradle?
A7
It depends on the road. Through our testing, the phones made no discernible noise while doing regular highway/city driving. On gravel / construction based roads it did make a bit of noise but our loose change and keys were noisier.

Q8: Can my kids reach the cradle?
A8
It depends on the age of your kids and what types of seats they are in. Most of the time, people drive by themselves; however, if children are in the car, we recommend that you place the window cradle in a place where you can't reach it, and they can't reach it. For those occasions where your kids can reach it, we suggest you use your discretion whether you want to remove your phone or cradle altogether.

Q9: Why is the cradle yellow?
A9
It's been designed to grab peoples' attention. It should SHOUT"I don't use my phone when I'm driving" to those other drivers next to you. The colour is to attract peoples' attention. Once they see it, they will see that a phone rests inside it. It was designed to accommodate the majority of the cell phones on the market even when in a protective case.

Q10: How does fundraising differ from charity?
A10
Through our fundraising program, organizations looking to raise money will receive a special (lower) cost to buy our cradles. Essentially, we're helping you raise more money for your cause because we want to 'give back' in as many ways as we can. For charity, a portion (10%) of all online sales will be donated back to charity based on the individual purchases made and the charity selected from our list online. We keep track of where our advocates want their money to go and will be presenting each charity with a donation annually and publishing this information on our website.

Q11: When can I expect to receive my cradle?
A11
Allow 3-5 business days for shipping once your order is placed.

Q12: Is my phone too tall?
A12
It will stick out above the top of the cradle:
It's designed that way! A portion of all phones tested can be seen above the cradle from the outside of your car because we want people to instantly recognize that you are a safe driver and will not be using your phone while behind the wheel.

Q13: Can I still use my GPS while driving?
A13
Yes, the audio component will still direct you where you need to go.

Q14: Can i still use my charger when in the car?
A14
We designed the cradle to have a power port at the bottom so you can connect your power source to your phone through the cradle.
